Birinci yaştan itibaren çocuk yetiştirme işi çok daha zor ve komplike bir hale geliyor. Artık çocuğun bakımının yanı sıra eğitimi, disiplini, kurallar ve sınırlar da, çocuğun karakterinin şekillenmesinde önemli rol oynuyor. İşte bu noktada ebeveynlik tarzınız büyük önem taşıyor. 1. OTORİTER EBEVEYNLER

Bu grup içinde yer alan anne-babalar, ebeveyn merkezli ve kurallıdırlar. Kurallara uyulması her şeyden daha fazla önemlidir. Sınırlar fazla kalın çizilmiştir ve anne-babalar eğer bu limitleri koymazlarsa çocuğun kötü olacağını düşünürler. Mükemmeliyetçidirler. Çocuğu sürekli eleştirirler, emirler verirler. Öte yandan bu anne babalar her şeyden önce kuralların uygulanmasına odaklandıkları için, çocuğa yeterince sevgi veremezler. Çocuklarda kişiliklerine ve seçimlerine saygı duyulmaması nedeniyle, zaman içinde öfke ve intikam duyguları birikmeye başlar. Özellikle ergenlik dönemine geldiklerinde başkaldırı çok fazla görülür.

2. HOŞGÖRÜLÜ EBEVEYNLER

Bu gruptaki anne-babalar çocuk merkezlidir. Çocuğun sevilmesi ve kendisini değerli hatta biricik hissetmesi her şeyden daha önemlidir. Bu tarzın kullanılmasında en büyük problem ise kuralların bulunmamasıdır. Anne-babalar hiçbir kural koymak istemezler. Çocuk anne-baba üzerinde yanlış bir otorite geliştirmeye başlar. Büyüdükçe istekler de büyür. Anne-baba bir süre sonra kendisini çocuğun kölesi gibi hissettiğinde ise doğal olarak öfke gelişir. Evdeki kuralsızlık ev dışında da çocuğun başına dert olur. Arkadaşlık ilişkileri gelişemez ve ömrü boyunca yalnız kalabilir.

3. İLGİSİZ EBEVEYNLER

Bu gruptaki ebeveynler çocuğu reddedici, çocuk gelişimine duyarsız, kuralsız ve talepsiz tutumlar izleyen anne babalardır. Anne-baba için öncelikle kendi istekleri vardır, çocuk hep ikinci plandadır. Çocuk da `aman beni rahat bıraksın da ne olursa olsun` şeklinde bir tavır geliştirir. Dayak korkusu nedeniyle istekleri bazen yerine getirir, bazen getirmez. Çocukta özgüven problemleri ve depresyona yatkınlık en fazla bu tarzda görülür.

4. DEMOKRATİK ANNE-BABALAR

Anne-babalar çocuk merkezli, çocuğa karşı duyarlı ve kabul edici tutumlar sergilerler. Fakat bu olumlu tutumların yanında müsamahakar ebeveynlik tarzının tersine anne-babaların talepleri ve kuralları da vardır. Ebeveynçocuk ilişkisine karşılıklı sevgi ve saygı hakimdir, çocuğun bireyselliğine, kişisel gelişimine ve seçimlerine saygı gösterirler. Ancak kural ve sınırları koymakta da tutarlı davranırlar. Anlayışlı olmakla kuralsızlığı birbirine karıştırmazlar. Öfke ile net tavrı birbirinden ayırabilirler. Çocuklarına arkadaşça davranırlar ama onların arkadaşı değil anne-babası olmaları gerektiğini bilirler.

SORUMLULUK PAYLAŞILIR

Ailede herkesin sorumlulukları vardır. Özgürlüklerle sorumlulukların birlikte varolması gerektiğine inanılır. En baştan itibaren sorumluluklar belirlidir. Çocuk, küçük yaştan itibaren sorumluluk almaya başlar. Hatalar karşısında suçlama, aşağılama, yerine kabul edici bir tutum sergilenir. Çocuk hata yaptığı için suçluluk hissetmez, bir daha yapmamak için çaba gösterir. Bu çocukların merak duyguları yüksektir.

using standard DIP clips and cables, custom cables to PCB connectors or
interface to a bed-of-nails.You can compare one component with another in
real-time (64 pins max.) or use your PC to automate testing and scan up to 128
pins.Huntron Scanners can be used with a Huntron Access Prober to provide Common

Cash Remittances. For the many institutions that originate from a country with a large overseas population the problems associated with accepting cash for remittance back home when taken against the potential ramifications of anti money laundering legislation means that the business is very risky and, often, not worth doing. The Cash Remittances module does away with this fear. Information concerning the remitter is maintained as part of the KYC Documentation Management module and is displayed and made available to the teller at the point of capturing data. A full record off all remitters and beneficiaries is maintained. Limits can be placed upon the individual remitter and upon the ultimate beneficiary (irrespective of source). The resulting SQL database can be interrogated for unusual payment patterns.

EMERYVILLE, Calif. and IPSWICH, Australia, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- New Logic Research, Inc., the maker of VSEP, the vibrating membrane filtration system, announced today its participation in the official commissioning ceremony for the Australian Hardboards Water Recycling Plant in Queensland, Australia.

On hand for the ceremony were members of the Australian Hardboards and New Logic executive team, as well as numerous business leaders and local officials, including Cr. Paul Pisasale, the mayor of Ipswich.

The wastewater treatment and recovery system, which combines seven i84 VSEP nanofiltration membrane modules, recovers wastewater for reuse within the plant. The system, which is capable of processing approximately 200,000 gallons per day, runs continuously automated by a programmable logic controller (PLC).

According to New Logic CEO Greg Johnson, "VSEP is fast becoming accepted as the best available technology for tough wastewater treatment applications in Australia. The Australian Hardboards installation represents our second Australian installation in as many months; still more will be coming online within the next year. We were honored to be a part of the ceremony, and to show our commitment to helping to solve the Australian water shortage problem."

Water shortage caused by drought and increased populations has created a crisis in many parts of Australia. Water supply levels have fallen to 30% of normal, and continue to drop. Local water districts have implemented severe water restrictions to try to stop the drop in supply levels. Brisbane is currently at a Level 4 water restriction that requires mandatory conservation. By recycling its wastewater and reducing its fresh water intake using the VSEP system, AHL has conserved the equivalent of 2000 homes worth of water supply per year. This example of water conservation is being used as a showpiece for other industries to follow.
